The Indian Palm Squirrel

With the dawn of 2010 I went to Lalbagh. Well.. it is a botanical garden maintained by Horticulture Deptt of Karnataka. Must say its neat.. to a larger extent considering loitering habits of humans.

Not huge variety for Bird Watchers but still one can spot Grey Heron, Little Egret, White Brested Waterhen etc.
Since this was my first dedicated to Shoot visit hence was excited on even capturing the commoners like Indian Palm squirrel..Actually it was a couple but only one was in my range..I hid behind a tree to get some cute shots.....

Then I captured the Grey Heron...and some other birds..and need not to tell that I missed the telephotolens...

Can't exactly say where will be my next visit but I want to capture wilder wildlife than just squirrels and grey herons...However they are also worth the patience...
